How to make an internal booking

Bookings can be added manually, they do not always have to made online.

To ensure that your availability is always correct, internal/manual bookings need to be made for bookings coming through from emails or phone call.

This tutorial will show you how to make an internal booking, with minimal client information.

Check availability.

  • On the menu, click Availability.

Select the correct day for the Booking

  • On the calendar, click on the date you would like to add the manual booking for.
  • Click on the Day of the activity.

Add the booking

  • Choose the activity for the booking.

Add the booking details.

  1. Add the client.
    • Either search for an existing client or add a new one (surname and/or company).
  2. Choose the Rate Option - click on the drop-down arrow and select an option.
  3. Enter the Pax Numbers for the booking - once the pax numbers are entered, the rates and totals will be calculated.
  4. Enter the Discount (this is optional).
  5. Save.

If you change the rate option, you may need to click the "Refresh Rates" button (two arrows icon) for the rates to show up.

The manual/internal booking has been added successfully.

Your booking has now been entered and will be visible in your "Events"  calendar.

The pax available for online bookings will also be updated to reflect the booking (if you have a maximum pax).
