You can search for bookings in ActivityBridge using specific booking related information or preset date ranges.
Click Bookings on the main menu.
Search based on specific information
- Choose the field you want to search on:
- Booking ID
- Activity Name
- Search By to select if you want to use a specific date range for the Event Date or when the Booking was made.
- Start date
- End date
- Surname of the client who made the booking. In this example, we want to find bookings made by the client with surname Geldenhuys.
- Click Search
All bookings matching the search criteria will appear.
Search based on preset date ranges
Go to Presets.
Choose from the preset date ranges for the list of bookings made:
- Today Only
- On or after today
- This month
- Last month
- Next month
