There may be a number of reasons why you would need to cancel a booking. When you cancel a booking the client will not be notified automatically. You will need to let the client know you cancelled their booking.
Find the booking you want to cancel

Cancel the booking
Click Change Booking Status.

- Choose Cancelled from the drop-down list.
- Click to Save.

Click OK to confirm you want to cancel the booking.

The booking status will be updated to Cancelled
