A booking reference can be used as an identifier for a booking that has been made.
While various channels, such as Viator and Get Your Guide, provide their own references for bookings, ActivityBridge creates and assignes a Booking ID to each booking. This Booking ID can be used as the booking reference.
This tutorial will guide you on how to personalise a booking reference on ActivityBridge.
Go to 'Bookings'
Click on the 'Bookings' tab located at the top of the screen.

Search for the booking
- Use the search criteria fields to narrow down the search results when looking for the respective booking.
Once you have added the search criteria, chick 'Search'. - Alternatively, ignore the search criteria and simply click 'Search' to display a list of all the bookings on ActivityBridge.

As an example, we'll select Booking ID 707054 imaged below.
- Select the booking from the search results in the Booking List by clicking on the booking.
The Booking Details will open.

Note the 'Reference:'.
Currently, the example reference is '12345'.

Change the Booking Reference
Select 'Change Booking Reference' from the available options to the right of the Booking Details.
A tying field will appear just below.

- Type in the booking reference you've chosen.
- Click on the 'tick' (check mark) button.

Note that the information in the 'Reference' field has now changed from '12345' to 'Maxwell Party'.
