The Availability Method you select for your activity determines how the number of bookable units will be calculated.

Use Activity
- You can allocate a set number of pax/units for the activity. As bookings are made, the available pax/units online are reduced.
- This is the most commonly used option for activities.
Use Rate Option
- You can calculate availability using multiple rate options.
- This option is only applicable if you have different spaces/seats that belong to the same activity. These spaces/seats need to be limited.
- For example, a cruise liner has multiple classes. All the classes attend the same cruise, but have different availabilities that need to be calculated separately.
Unlimited
- You can you this option when you do not have a maximum number of pax/units for an activity.
- This allows you to never turn down a customer.
Use Resource
- This is a more advanced way of controlling your availability through the use of resources.
- Resources can be almost anything: 4x4s, yachts, fields and rooms.
- Once these resources have been set up and linked to activities, the system will allocate resources to events.
- The system will always maximise your availability so you have the most spaces available as possible.
