When a resource (like a vehicle or facility used for an activity) or a guide is not available for a set period of time, a close-out can be added to a specific resource or guide. his tutorial demonstrates how to close a resource/guide for a particular period.
Go to 'Settings'
Click on the 'Settings' tab located at the top of the screen.
The Settings page will open.
Go to the 'Resource/Guide Close-Out' section towards the bottom-left of the screen.
Within the section, click on 'Resource/Guide Close-outs'.
Add a close-out
Click on the 'Add' button.
The close-out form will appear.
Complete the close-out by adding the relevant information.
On the form,
- Click on the drop-down menu to select the resource or guide you would like to close.
- Indicate the Start Date and End Date of the close-out.
- Select the Valid Days.
- Enter the Start Time and End Time.
- Enter the Pax Reduction amount
- Click 'Save'
The close-out will not display on the Resource/Guide Close Out page, along with any other active close-outs.
