Online reviews are a great marketing tool for your business. We have made it easier for your clients by sending an automated TripAdvisor review email the day after the activity/tour/Event has taken place.
Go to the activity you want to activate review emails for
Click Settings
Click "Add/Edit Web Content"
Choose the activity
Activate the option to send the review request email
Click on "Activity Switches"
Tick Email TripAdvisor review to guest after event.
Enter your Tripadvisor ID
To find your Tripadvisor ID:
- Open your Tripadvisor page
- The Link / URL will display the ID.
- https://www.tripadvisor.co.uk/Attraction_Review-g312636-d2645873-Reviews-Shoreline_Hippo_and_Croc_Cruises-St_Lucia_KwaZulu_Natal.html
- Copy only the numbers after the "d"
- Save.
