Photos and videos are critical when promoting your activity online. This gives the client a tangible idea of what they can expect - far better than written text.
This tutorial demonstrates how to upload photos and videos on ActivityBridge.
Click on 'Settings'
From the tabs available on ActivityBridge, click on the 'Settings' tab
Navigate to 'Activity Web Content'
'Activity Web Content' is found in the middle of the Settings page.
Click on 'Add / Edit Web Content'
Within the 'Activity Web Content' section, click on 'Add / Edit Web Content'.
Select the activity
From the list of activities, click on the activity you will be uploading content for.
Click 'Photos & Video'
Once you have selected the activity, the 'Edit Activity Web Content' page will open.
Click 'Photos & Video'.
This will expand the section.
Upload the content
Teaser Photograph
This is where you will upload the main photo for the activity. This is the primary photo used when presenting the activity online.
- Click on the 'upload' icon
A window will open for you to locate and select the image you want to upload from your device.
Only one photo can be uploaded at a time.
Once you have selected the image, please allow a few seconds for the file location field to populate with the location of the photos location.
Additional photos
Additional photos can be added below the Teaser Photograph.
- Click the 'Upload' icon and select the image for upload.

Upload a video
If you have videos available on Youtube, these can be added to the activity by pasting the Youtube video link to the 'Link' field.
1. Using your internet browser, open the video on Youtube.
2. Click on the 'Share' button below the video frame - a window will open with the sharing options.
3. The direct link to the Youtube video will be provided - Click 'Copy'.
The link will now be copied to your devices clipboard for you to use.
4. Return to ActivityBridge window and paste the link into the link field.
Since the link is already copied to the clipboard of your device, you could paste the link by:
a: clicking in the field and using the keyboard shortcut, 'Ctrl+v'
b: right-clicking in the field and selecting 'paste' from the right-click menu.
Save your changes
Once all image links have been added, click 'Save' on the Edit Activity Web Content page.
