Web Extras are Stock Items that are made available online. Clients are then able to select from the available Web Extras and include these when they're booking their activity online.
This tutorial will guide you on adding a web extra on ActivityBridge.
Go to 'Settings'
Click on the 'Settings' tab located at the top of the screen.

Go to 'Web Extras'
'Web Extras' is located within the 'Additional' section on the Settings page.

Click on 'Add / Edit Web Extra'

The Web Extras page will open and display any web extras you may already have available.
Click 'Add' to create a new web extra.

Complete the new Web Extra details
Select the activity the Web Extra will be linked to
- Click on the 'Activity' drop-down menu.
- Select the relevant activity from the list.

Select the Stock Item the Web Extra will be linked to
Click on the magnifying glass icon to search for the Stock Item.
Once you have clicked, the Search Stock page will open.

Click 'Search' to see a list of the existing Stock Items.

From the list provided, select the Stock Item you wish to link to the Web Extra.
Once selected the Stock Details page will open.
Should you not find the Stock Item in this list, the specific Stock Item does not exist and needs to be created first.
This can be done by clicking 'Add' just above the Stock list or detailed guidance on creating a Stock Item is available in the tutorial 'How to create a stock item in ActivityBridge'.

Review the Stock Details and click 'Save'
The stock item will now be selected for this Web Extra.

Select the applicable Rate Sheet
The system will default to the Rack rate sheet.
Should you want this Web Extra to be applied to another rate sheet, click on the 'Rate Sheet' drop-down menu to select the required rate sheet.

Select the dates applicable to this Web Extra
Click on the calendar buttons next to 'Start Date' and 'End Date' to set the duration that the stock item will be available.

Now the Stock Item will be for sale as a Web Extra on your ActivityBridge Booking Engine.
Add the Web Extra price
Type in the price of the Web Extra.
Although the price may already be set in the Stock Items section, this field allows you to list the item at a different price online.

Indicate whether to include the Web Extra cost in the booking total
Web Extras can be included in the total to allow clients to pay for the Web Extra as part of the booking total.
If you want the Web Extra included in the booking total, tick the box to the right of 'Include?'
If you chose not to include it in the online booking total the clients will need to pay for the Web Extra on arrival.

Save the Web Extra
Click 'Save' to confirm the new Web Extra details.

The Web Extra will now be visible within the list of existing Web Extras.

View the Web Extra on your ActivityBridge Booking Engine
Open your Activity Bridge Booking Engine to check that the Web Extra is available online
