ActivityBridge provides both standard and accounting reports. Standard reports provide information on your events and bookings, while accounting reports provide information based on the financial information.
This tutorial will familiarise you with the various reports and how to generate them.
Available Reports
Selecting a section will expand it to display a table of available reports.
The below table lists the available standard reports along with a brief explanation on what information the report provides.

How to generate a report:
Go to Reports
Click on the 'Reports' tab located at the top of the screen.
The Report Menu will open

Click on 'Standard Reports' or 'Accounting Reports' to reveal the list of available reports.

Depending on whether you've chosen Standard Reports or Accounting reports, select the applicable report from the list provided.
Once you have selected a report, the search page will open.
Generating a report using the presets
Presets are available to quickly generate reports using a set of commonly-used date ranges.
Selecting any of the available presets will automatically adjust the date range accordingly.
For this example we will select the 'Last month' preset.
- Use the drop-down menu to select an event/activity or leave the 'Event Name' deselected for a report including all the activities.
- Select the preset of choice - the dates have automatically adjust.
- Click 'Search'.

Select a format from the provided options.
- 'Standard' - to view the report on your browser in a new tab.
- 'Excel' - to download the report as a .csv file, to be opened with MS Excel or a similar application/software.
- 'Text' - to download the report as a .txt file, to be opened with Notepad or a similar application/software.
