If an activity depends on someone being available to run or lead the activity, you should apply the Use Guide Availability Method.
Choose Use Guide as the Availability Method for an activity
Click Settings.
Click Change existing activity.
Select an activity.
Choose the Use Guide Availability Method.
- Enter the Pax/Units Available for the activity.
- Click Save.
Link the Guide to the activity
Click Settings.
Click Add/Edit Resources/Guide.
Click the guide you want to assign to the activity.
- Tick to choose the activities you want to assign to this guide.
- Save.
ActivityBridge will now automatically allocate the guide to linked activities and block off activities when the guide is not available.
