This feature allows you to set a minimum amount of people required to book an activity.
The minimum number can be set to:
- always be applied,
- apply up until a specified date, or
- apply after a specified date.
Click Settings.
Click Add/Edit Rate Option.
Select an activity.
Select the rate option.
Tick the Use Min. Pax/Units box.
- Enter the Minimum Pax/Units.
- Choose how you want the booking minimum to apply:
- Always Applied. The minimum will always apply
- Applied More Than. The booking minimum will apply until the specified date.
- Applied Less Than. The booking minimum will apply after the specified date.
- Click Save.
