On ActivityBridge you can Create user-defined client attributes.
User-defined client attributes can be used to gather additional information about the client (such as dietary requirements) or to segment clients into marketing groups.
Client attributes can also be set for inclusion in the online booking form.
How to add client attributes.
- Select the 'Settings' tab.
- Select 'Configure Client Attributes' from the 'Additional' section (on the Settings page)

- Type in a Client Attribute to include on your Booking Form
- Select (tick) 'Show Online' to display the attribute on the Booking Form
- Select (tick) 'Compulsory' to require a client to provide the information in before they can finalise their booking
- Click 'Save'

Your Client attribute is now included on your ActivityBridge booking form.

The response to the client attribute can be viewed on the completed booking.
Viewing the response to the client attribute
- Select the 'Bookings' tab.
- Use the search fields to search for the booking.
In this instance, we've used the Booking ID to search for the booking.

Select the booking from the search results
- Select 'View Made By' on the panel to the right of the Booking Details.
Select the 'Additional' tab on the 'Client Details' page.
The 'Value' field, right of the attribute field, will display the response from the client.
