How to add a new client

ActivityBridge stores the information of the individuals you do business with as 'Clients'. There are different types of client's you can add to your account. The available client types are individual, company, tour operator or a travel agent.

Using the relevant client details for each booking allows ActivityBridge to record and store information such as the client's transaction history, booking history, contact details and other important information.

This tutorial demonstrates how you can add a new client to your ActivityBridge database.

Go to 'Clients'

Click on the 'Clients' tab located at the top of the screen.
The Search Clients page will open.

Click the 'Add New' button
The Add Client page will open.

Complete the client information

The client type will always default to individual.
To change this, click on the drop-down and select appropriate type from the options.

  1. Complete the remaining fields by adding all the available information.
  2. Click 'Save'.

Once you click 'Save', the Client Details page will display.

Add additional information

Additional information can now be added before saving the Client Details page.

Here you can: (optional)

  1. Assign a client nationality
  2. Assign a rate sheet to the client
  3. Add specific information such as client-specific notes, VAT details or assign a client login.
  4. Once you have updated any available information, click 'Save'.
    You will return to the Search Clients page.
