You may want to track where your bookings come from. You can do this by creating a link for your marketing source. The source can add the link to their website. When a guest books your activities through that link you will be able to see where it came from in a report.
Create the Marketing Source
Click Settings.
Click Add/Edit Marketing Source.
Click Search.
Click Add.
- Enter all the details of the marketing source.
- Click Save.
Get the source ID
- Click on the newly created source.
- Get the Source ID
Create the marketing source link
There are two types of links you can create:
- Search link. This will display all your activities.
- Activity link. This will show only a specific activity.
Create a Search link
- Copy this link https://secure.activitybridge.com/search?supplierid=xxxxx&sourceid=xxxxx
- Replace the xxxx's with the supplier ID sent to you when ActivityBridge was set up and the source ID you have just created.
Create an Activity link
- Find your activity ID under Web Info.
- Copy this link https://secure.activitybridge.com/book?activityid=xxxxx&sourceid=xxxxx
- Replace the xxxx's with your activity ID and the source ID you have created.
Send the link to your marketing source
Email the link to your marketing source so they can put it on their website for guests to use.
