You can add override rates or promotions for any period in your seasons. You may want to use these over school or public holidays, to get more bookings.
Add your override rate / promotion
Click Settings
Click Add/Edit Rate Override / Promotion
Click the Add button
Choose an activity
Choose a rate option
Add the following:
- a Start Date
- an End Date
- which days of the week your rate override / promotion applies.

- Always Applies - the rate override will always apply for your chosen date range
- Only Applies More Than - the rate override will only apply UNTIL the amount of days/months entered before the activity
- Only Applies Less Than - the rate override will only apply WITHIN the amount of days/months entered before the activity
Choose a Rate Type
How long (in 1 day) is the rate override active for?
Set your override rule
- Choose Is a Promotion for the "This override" option
- Add a Promo Code to be used your booking form
Add your override rates and save
