If you have resources which are used in multiple activities, you should apply the Use Resource availability method. Examples include vehicles, yachts, fields etc.
Choose Use Resource as the Availability Method for an activity
Click Settings.
Click Change existing activity.
Select the activity.
- Choose the Use Resource Availability Method.
- Click to Save.
Link the Resource to the activity
Click Settings.
Click Add/Edit Resources/Guide.
Click on a resource.
- Add the availability for an activity.
- Save
The system will automatically allocate resources to linked activities and block off activities that do not have a resource available.
