You can set a booking cut-off if you need time before your activity starts to prepare for it.
Click Settings.
Click Add/Edit Rate Option.
Select an activity.
Select the rate option.
Choose Valid More Than for the This rate is option
- Choose how many Days or Months before the activity that rate is valid for.
- Save.
The booking cut-off doesn't apply to internal/manual bookings. You have the option to ignore your cut-off.
Your booking cut-off will now be reflected on your online booking form.
The cut-off will be valid for 6 day before the event, i.e., no bookings will be possible in this period..
