How to set up a login for a travel agent or tour operator

If you want travel agents or tour operators to make direct bookings with you online through your ActivityBridge link, you can issue them with their own logins. The agents will then not need to phone or email you to check availability.

Add a new client

Click Clients.

Click Add New.

Select Client Type.
In this example, we want to set up a login for a Travel Agent.

Add the travel agent or operator details.

  1. Type in the required information to Add Client.
  2. Click to Save.

Choose the applicable Rate Sheet. In this example, we want to apply the RACK rate sheet.

Issue the Login

  1. Type in a Login Name for the travel agent/operator.
  2. Type in a Password for the travel agent/operator.
  3. Choose the Payment method for the travel agent/operator:
    • Credit card. The travel agent/operator will have to enter their credit card information every time they make a booking.
    • By Arrangement. You can invoice the travel agent/operator and  receive the payment  independently.
  4. Click to Save.

The login has now been created. The travel agent/operator will be able to login via your booking link.

Test the login details on your booking form

The Agent/Operator can now login via your booking form link when viewing the availability.

  1. On the booking form, click Login on the top-right hand side.
  2. Use the login details created for the Travel Agent/Operator.
  3. The Travel Agent/Operator has logged in successfully.
