How to enable different rates to be applied for different sets of clients

If you want to apply different rates to different sets of clients, you create rate sheets for each of the groups of clients.

Create the Rate Sheet

Click Settings.

Click Add/Edit Rate Sheet.

Click Add.

You can either apply an exact discount percentage to your rate or you can set your discounted rate at a specific amount.

How do you want to discount your rates?

  1. Name the Rate Sheet. In this example, the new rate sheet is called STO15.
  2. Tick Use Percentage.
  3. Add percentage.
  4. Click to Save.

Click Settings.

Click Add/Edit Rate Option.

Select an activity.

Select the rate option.

  1. Select the new rate sheet.
  2. Save.
  1. Name the Rate Sheet. In this example, the new rate sheet is called STO15.
  2. Leave Use Percentage unticked.
  3. Click to Save.

Link your Rate Sheet to your Rate Option

Click Settings.

Click Add/Edit Rate Option.

Select an activity.

Select the rate option.

  1. Select the new rate sheet.
  2. Save.
Add the rates

Click on the Rate Sheet.

  1. Enter the rates.
  2. Save.

Add the rates for the rest of your activities.

Congratulations, you are done!
